Any Wissmach texture can be applied to any Wissmach glass. Mystic and Victorian Mottle are the same texture. Mystic is used for transparent colors, and Victorian Mottle is used for opalescent colors. Here are a couple of examples of the Mystic/Victorian Mottle texture on color:
